Andrea Ribaldone

Born in Milan, in 1971. Passion led him to venture into the cuisine world. Since 1999, he is maestro Aiachini's pupil
and he has trained in the kitchens of Lucas Carton - three Michelin stars - in Paris. Andrea Ribaldone had many national
and international work experiences among which: Festival Internazionale del Cinema, Stresa (2008); Asta internazionale
del Barolo, Grinzane Cavour (2007); ONU's kitchens, New York (2007); Chef at P-food and wine restaurant, Winter Olympics,
Torino (2006). His cuisine is characterized by continuous incursions into the territories of the Alessandrian tradition and by
meticulous research in raw materials selection. He is one of the shareholder of the restaurant "La Fermata" and received
the first Michelin star in 2003.
