MAXIMUM POWER:	sets hob to level 16 for rapid, high heat. Ideal for frying.
MEDIUM POWER:	sets hob at level 8 for cooking on medium heat. Ideal for preparing meat, fish and omelettes.
MINIMUM POWER:	sets hob to level 2 for cooking on a low heat. Ideal for thicken sauces.
