The 12 Automatic cooking functions are based on C.O.P.® (Optimum Programmed
Cooking) patented technology. With the precision of electronic adjustment, the oven
selects and automatically adapts the cooking settings for each automatic function
and defines the length of cooking time. During the different phases of this, the ideal
combination of settings is continually and automatically modified in the oven,
to reproduce the actions of a great Chef.

By selecting the function most appropriate for the type of dish, the oven optimizes
the cooking process. The best cooking parameters are automatically selected:
the source of heat, humidity and ventilation required. The temperature and
the shelf level on which the dish should ideally be placed are also suggested.
